Age Requirements

Purchases and Subscriptions

In-App Purchases

Some apps offer in-app purchases or premium features. All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms and conditions.

Subscriptions

Subscription features, where available:

• Are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually)
• Automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Can be managed through Google Play Store settings
• Remain active until the end of the current billing period when cancelled

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Google Play according to their refund policy. Contact Google Play support for refund inquiries. We may assist with refunds in exceptional circumstances.

Disclaimers

As-Is Basis

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

VPN Disclaimer (PrivatraVPN)

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BA'RA - Max Energic Apps shall not be liable for:
